Work and Body in Balance -Group
The program is built around clear themes that help participants pause amid the busyness of everyday life, eat in a way that supports sustained energy, and develop a self-compassionate approach to their own wellbeing. The meetings offer an empowering break during the workday. The group provides your work community with concrete support for coping, recovery at work, stress management, and the opportunity to create a personal wellbeing plan with professional guidance.
The group supports workplace wellbeing and productivity, strengthens a sense of community, and helps participants build long-lasting wellbeing skills that are beneficial both at work and in everyday life.

Refreshing Smoothie Bar Workshop
The Smoothie Bar offers concrete support for staff wellbeing, recovery, and everyday health skills. The workshop includes both an informational and a hands-on component, highlighting the role of nutrition in everyday wellbeing—both at work and beyond.
This workshop is an effective way to boost energy levels, encourage healthy daily choices, and bring the team together around a fun, positive activity. This wellbeing day is a small investment with a big impact: it offers a relaxing and engaging moment in the midst of everyday routines—a practical, easy-to-implement, and memorable experience.

Gently Energized
– Wellbeing Coaching Program
This six-month wellbeing program comprehensively strengthens the psychological and physical resilience of your work community. The program helps prevent burnout, reduce sick leave, and support participants in restoring their ability to concentrate and work effectively. The group is especially suitable for individuals who experience challenges with energy regulation, stamina, or recovery. Through the coaching, employees discover sustainable ways to manage workload and prevent exhaustion.

Operation Joy of Eating
– Team Game
In Search of the Joy of Eating dives into the skills of eating and the everyday challenges of nutrition. How do you get through the day when your breakfast was just a cup of coffee? And how do you overcome evening sugar cravings after a long day with one variable too many? This fun, eye-opening team game encourages participants to reflect on their own habits and is a perfect addition to a workplace wellbeing day. It also pairs excellently with the Smoothie Bar workshop.
